Dr. Susan Fox, DO

In my 40 years of seeing a gynecologist I have never had such a bad experience like I had at Susan Fox's office, first, there is no doctor present, second the staff are all low class, and worst of all the butcher who does the exams to women is abrupt, crude, rude and doesn't care how the patient feels. An office in which women are demeaned and humiliated. This complaint is going to AHCA because I don't even know if the individual who gave me the exam is licensed. DEGRADING, HUMILIATING AND VERY UPSETING

I had my routine exams and it appeared that I had an infection. I was calling all day because I was in a lot of pain and nobody called me back. When the day is already ending I call again and they put me with a person who does not even know what he is talking about and giving diagnoses like crazy.

I was lucky enough to get Dr. Fox herself. My first Gyno check in 17 years, so I was scared. She was excellent and fast. So relieved.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Fox foe 18 years and have had a great experience. Some of my friends now are her patients and are happy with the level of professionalism at this practice !

I can’t say nothing good about this place. Terrible customer services.

Maria Isabel the medical assistant who is working with Dr. Susan Fox is an excellent professional. She has good manner with all patient that she is taking care of, I could observe the way that she treats all the patients making us feel comfortable and relaxed during that visit . I think She is a good asset for that Clinic.

Definitely knowledgeable, but cares nothing about the patients. Not professional in communication; almost made fun of me at one point. Thankfully, I'm a nurse and I don't get affected by snarky doctor remarks, but an average person will feel like they cannot speak to her...and at the ob/gyn is the one place women need to feel like they can speak! Avoid this doctor.

Es la peor, no te controla para nada, te atienden sus asistentes, para ella si sangras es normal, si tus pies se inflaman es normal, una amiga se controló todo el embarazo con ella, sabiendo que mi hermana eea alto riezgo le dijo fue al final que ella no hace cesarea, la refirio con otro medico y el dia de la cesarea no habia enviado su record al hospital... mi amiga estuvo con los pies inchados durante el embarazo y no le presto atencion, no controlo su presion, y el despues del parto tuvo presion alta y le dio un derrame cerebral una trombosis postparto, han pasado varios meses y sigue en cama sin disfrutar de su bebe ... esta dra no sirve
