Dr. Susan Freeberg, MD

Knowledgeable, Well versed in Dermatology, Takes time with her patients, According to her Bio finished first in her medical class, Friendly personable staff, Office is very convenient to get to regardless of what direction you are coming from.

Freeberg never examines me, never looked at my skin or touched me. She smugly suggested my problem may be psychosomatic!! That was her diagnosis for a problem I’ve been treating medically for 30 years! I am livid at her clear lack of medical knowledge, her unprofessional and condescending treatment! I have informed all my other doctors and friends so they will never be treated by this unqualified woman.

I have been a patient for around four years. Dr. Freeberg is very attentive, knowledgeable and kind. She has helped me find the right treatments for my rosacea and seborrheic dermatitis. She and the staff are organized, timely and very nice.

I have seen Dr. Freeberg several times for minor skin problems. She is a very attentive physician, and offers prompt and efficient treatment. I've never had a problem getting in to see her, and I've never had a long wait once I arrived at her office. Her bedside manner is professional and she's never made me feel rushed. I don't need to be petted, I just need my problems taken care of by someone I trust and Dr. Freeberg does just that. She's a true professional, and I think is basically a quiet individual who seems to truly care about her patients. Her staff are great. Paige has been the receptionist there for many years and is always a friendly voice on the phone. She's great about scheduling appointments and taking care of things. What an asset to the practice. The nurse was quite friendly and seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. She and Dr. Freeberg worked well together. Overall, I felt cared for by a skilled, professional team. That's all I expect from… any physician's office.

Bedside manner very poor and is aloof and condescending to patient. I took my elderly mother and she basically rolled her eyes and had little tolerance for her pain level. Totally disappointed although I have no doubt she is very knowledgeable.

Thank goodness my primary care physician warned me of her poor bedside manner! I'm sure she's well educated and knowledgable, but she talks to you like you are 5 years old. She will ask you a question, than speak over you before you even finish answering. Condescending is the best word to describe her. It's a shame because I was very confident in her medical knowledge, but there is no communication. Her staff makes up for her, they were very courteous.

Best Dermatologist I have ever had and I have had several through location changes and being treated for problems since I was 23 years old (now 54 years old). Very thorough, listens well, and prescribes the best but lowest invasive course of action. :)

I had high expectations for Dr. Freeberg based on her reviews and awards. However, I was completely disappointed in my visit. I don't think she listened to my concerns at all. She was condescending and insensitive. My visit was a complete waste of time, energy and money. Maybe I caught her on an off day, but I doubt it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Freeberg for many years and find her to be concerned and thoughtful for my skin care.Dr. Freeberg is an excellent diagnostician and surgeon.She takes the time to listen to my concerns.The office staff is superb and helpful from making the appointment to follow-up care.I highly recommend her for any dermatology problems.
