Let me start by saying I work in the field for a long time now. I am amused that she seems to have disabled reviews on other platforms, as I previously saw them and many were negative. This woman was condescending and rude. I was misled by her office about my insurance and copay responsibilities. I reported this to the insurance company and they stated I should have been made aware ahead of time, as I specifically asked. During that hour, I was asked many repetitive irrelevant questions. She took a history. I asked for NOT ONE prescription. I have a provider, I was coming to her for a second opinion. She was dismissive about my being in recovery over two decades. She did nothing for me whatsoever. I have read many other reviews citing her condescending attitude and rude words. A secretary could have taken the history for far less money, or I could have filled this out on my own.

She comes from a place of wanting to be right rather than trying to be helpful. I answered a series of very robotic, systematic questions where I mostly spoke about my main condition which is OCD. But I have also been diagnosed with ADHD which I didn't really speak about because it's more of an underlying condition. When I brought up the ADHD, she laughed and said why do you think that? I was taken aback by that response and sprang on her that I was actually diagnosed with ADHD as well by a Psychiatrist. But by that time she had already committed so hard to OCD that she refused to even consider ADHD treatment. I stated that I did not want OCD treatment which I tried for 20 years before, and would rather try treating the ADHD which would clearly ease some of my pain. She also became defensive saying that I can't have ADHD because I am successful. Are you serious?! Tell me you don't truly understand mental disorder without telling me.

As many other patients have written, she was cold and condescending. Spent the entire appointment asking me details of my very remote substance abuse history. I have been in recovery for decades. Treated me like I was drug seeking although I never asked her for any prescriptions. I was just experimenting with a new psychiatrist since mine stopped practicing. Her practice told me she was in network, I confirmed twice. Both on the phone when booking it, and when I paid my co-pay in person. I was later billed for a coinsurance. I looked at her note on the patient portal, which listed things she did not do such as a medical exam. I complained to my insurance company and wrote the office a letter and I’m still receiving a bill after my insurance paid her over $500 just to gather information, zero prescriptions were requested I explained that I have what I need. When I left, I had decided I would never go back due to the way I was treated.

Horrible diagnostic skills. My 21 year daughter had one visit and after just talking for 20 minutes she diagnosed her with schizo affective bipolar disorder. She encouraged my daughter to not see her therapist anymore and go there for therapy. The staff seemed to acknowledge that this Dr was not good. DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC. If this clinic keeps 1.7 star review on staff something is wrong. I myself work in the medical profession and I am disgusted. No one offers a diagnosis to a young adult in 20 minutes and send meds to CVS. My daughter just agreed to get out. Thank goodness she is more intelligent than this doctor. Be aware. Dr. George is an extremely caring and compassionate doctor who has been helpful to myself and my family. I consider myself very lucky to have found her.

Beware she Took initial large payment and after awhile changed her phone number leaving her patients stranded with no Dr. and in need of medications very sad.

Dr. George is incredibly condescending. Doesn't bother listening when you try to describe symptoms or side effects you are having from medication. Will try to push any and all meds on you and will dismiss you if you have any concerns. I would not recommend her to anyone.

This staff has no consideration for your time in or out of the office. They don't listen and give you misinformation but try to blame you for their their mistakes. You must refill your prescriptions every 3 months and when you do it by their rules they still deny it because they believe the pharmacy is making a mistake so you still have to call and assure them that you still need it. This is the worst office i have ever been to.

Would never recommend this doctor in my life. Decided randomly that she is not taking 'n'ew patients'' and never recieved a call back from her. I had to call 3 times. She told me to fax over the medication that I am on. Once I gave it to her she then told me she is no longer taking new patients.
