Dr. Susan Mary Green, MD

I went to her office looking to get cleared to return to work, however she had other intentions. She refused to provide me with any information regarding "my" medical evaluation. She was extremely rude to me and there were several false statements in her findings which she claimed I told her. It was clear she was working for the company that was paying her for my visit and she was bias from the start. It should also be noted that prior to walking into her office I was cleared by the Top 2 surgeons in Rhode Island for my past injury. I hope no one has to go through the pain and headaches she has caused me. I have attempted to contact her office several times and have be treated terrible and at one point was told to stop calling her office. Wow that explains a lot.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Green and her office staff.

Dr. Green spent extra time explaining what information the coast guard would need. I also asked the staff for a extra test. They did not hesitate. Thank you for your time and patience.
