Very thorough and caring. If she is running late it is because someone else needed her time

It is impossible to get an appointment with this doctor when you are actually ill. They are happy to give an appointment a month after you actually needed one. They have NO concept of an urgent appointment. For them it's either a routine appointment or you should go the ER. Another major problem is that it is very difficult to get a renewal of a prescription. You need to call multiple times to get a prescription renewed if you are lucky! Dr. Gregory herself is so busy with her "Critical care" duties that she hardly has any time to spend with her patients in the clinic. As a result , the patient care suffers since she does not have time to read patient's old notes or listen to their complaints. She frequently ignores and dismisses patient's concerns as minor or unimportant. The staff is nice but incompetent.

Dr. Susan Gregory has been much more helpful with my asthma than anyone I else I have ever seen and she is always pleasant to boot! However she has not been on Spruce Street or with the practice indicated for some time. You can find her office at Lankenau Hospital, 100 Lancaster Avenue.

Dr. Gregory is very smart but very caring and easy to talk to. She really cares and spent a lot of time with me.
