Dr. Susan Marie Hansen, MD

From the simplest to the more difficult issues that I have had dr Hansen’s persistence and caring have helped me and informed me in a manner in which I can understand. Her guidance in my care makes me much more secure than have have been with some other VA physicians. Dr Hansen is a blessing to any veteran who has the fortune to be her patient.

Dr. Hansen is nice but not to good at follow through. Sitting there while she types into the computer your order for home equipment, that you find weeks later never got put into their system...it is also very hard to get into see her.. so many times, we go to get our prescriptions and they say they sent them only to find out when they don't come that they didn't get put in or maybe it's the pharmacy? there are many times no one knows what is going on..when your vet is out of meds because the facility has messed up that is scary, and physically scary for the vet who has to have kidney meds or heart meds or pain meds or whatever. I think the White City VA in Oregon needs serious investigation to why things do not get done correctly.
