She advertises she has a special interest in Diabetes Management. However, I have found she needs improvement. Very nice person. However, I have a serious condition. 1) she said she would contact me to make a follow-up appointment. Yes, I thought that was strange too. But she didn't. She forgot about me. I have a serious disease that needs prompt and direct attention. Why couldn't I just make a follow-up appointment right away? 2) She did not have any of the technology necessary to address modern-day glucose and insulin management. I was expecting to download my blood sugar readings from my pump, etc. However, she didn't have the software that she said she would have. Thus, my appointment was wasteful. 3) I ran out of test strips one day. Called the pharmacy right away but my prescription was expired. The pharmacy immediately faxed her a request for a refill. A day and a half later and after I had to call twice asking for prompt attention, the refill was finally sent to… the pharmacy. There is no urgency at this clinic. I won't be back.
