Made our daughter feel like she had done something to cause her gynecological problems and made us a parents feel as if we were jumping from doctor to doctor without regard for our child. Did not listen to us, jumped to conclusions, attempted to intervene without knowledge of history of patient.

exceptional experience would highly recommend Dr Hertwick was able to diagnose my daughters condition and gave her the medical attention that she needed. I had her to see multiple doctors with no luck over a three year period. Her bedside manners is second to none. She made my daughter feel comfortable and always explained every option. As far as I'm concerned she is the best all around doctor that I have ever dealt with. I wish they were all this caring.
