Dr. Susan J Hill, MD

I came in to be seen for a concern that I’ve been trying to resolve for over a week. I previously went to FastCare and had a fantastic experience. I came to urgent care because my symptoms were getting worse and were changing. The nurse was extremely rude. Dr. Hill came in said why did you come in just do what you were told to do at FastCare. I don’t know what to tell you. What a waste of time and money. Every time I come to this urgent care I get horrible service and never get an attitude of well just deal with it there’s nothing wrong with you. FastCare is fantastic!!

Despite the fact that Dr. Hill gets copied on the records from my other physicians, she does not bother to read them, and as a result, has no idea of what my health is. If she's supposed to be overseeing my health, she needs to read the records.

She's obese and she's going to help me be a healthier person? Give me a break! And the nurses there smoke. She should help herself before she attemps to help others! She's a horrible example.
