Dr. Hoover is an excellent, personable and caring doctor. At my first visit with Dr. Hoover I could tell that she took the time to review my prior doctor's information before seeing me. She explained my current health issues and my options. She always listens to me and answers all of my questions. Dr. Hoover makes me feel confortable talking to her and she acknowledges and understands my concerns. I am glad Dr. Hoover is my surgeon. I know she will take excellent care of me.

Dr. Hoover is an EXCELLENT surgeon!!!!! She took her time with me before my breast cancer surgery and we both came to an agreement on what was best for me!!!!! Her surgery skills were excellent and I went home with little to no pain. Thank you Dr. Hoover for taking care of me. You are the BEST!!!!
