Dr. Susan Rose Hsu, MD

Dr. Hsu is a great MD! I really appreciate her dedication to the concerns of her patients. Listens carefully to patient & shows genuine concern & professionalism in the advice she gives She is a keeper!!

Dr. Hsu is an excellent doctor, very caring, professional, knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain what I need to know and refers me to specialists when needed. I am leaving the area and can only hope that I might find another doctor nearly as good.

I called try to make an appointment for my annually exp. today and the front desk lady, first, she told me the earlier appointment will be October, Today is only May 28th . That's mean , I will need to wait almost 5 month to see my family DR.and I asked if they have any cancellations, please let me know and she replied, they never have any cancellations. and then talking and laughing someone near her as I can heard their conversations, make me wait not to said anything and I asked are you taking my appointment? She said if I need to, Why would someone called the DR office and not to take appointment? and she said, I am Rude just be patient. She was So RUDE the way she talked and answering the patient questions over the phone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hsu for over 15 years. She is extremely patient, empathetic and sincere when it comes to her patients health and concerns. I was referred by a colleague to Dr Hsu in my early twenties. Now in my mid thirties, I still kept her as my Primary Care Physician. I have relocated several times throughout the bay area over the years. However I wouldnt dare think of switching to another doctor unless I relocated out of state which is why I still commute to Fremont to see Dr. Hsu. She is truly a wonderful physician.

Dr.Hsu has been my family's physican for over 5 years. Her knowledge of medicine is impressive, and her bed side manner charming. She helps you understand any health issue, and may even do research (on the spot) if required. She is attentive to her patients, listening and offering both choices to suit their comfort level and needs. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I'm not a patient of Dr. Hsu, however my wife is and I accompany her on her appointments. Dr. Hsu will go the extra mile to satisfy our concerns about my wife's health. We very much appreciate Dr. Hsu's committment to her patients. She has a great deal of empathy and understanding of the anxiety her patients go through when they have symtems they don't understand. She has a comforting and sympathetic ability in her approch that helps to lesson the fear's one may have when the diagnoses is not good. She will not hisitate to order a test is she think's it's warrented, or send you to a specialist if required. And not least of all, but a very committed and hard working professional.
