Dr Sue is absolutely wonderful! As a first time mom 3 years ago she really set my constant rookie mom anxieties at ease. She is super easy to talk to, she gives wonderfully laid back advice, and isn’t there to push medication when it isn’t a necessity. We share the same values of raising healthy, independent, and vaccinated little kiddos, and I could not have gotten through the first years as a mom without her guidance and calm demeanor. We actually look forward to going to see her and my kids love her, too! Her office staff is so sweet and we’ve never had any issues. If you are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Dr who is also traditional but not “stuck in her ways” then this is the doctor for you!

After 10 years as my 3 children’s pediatrician from birth on (we followed her from her practice at PAD to her Inwood location) and a love fest for those years - she loved posting my darling twins on her Instagram account to promote her practice - she turned on me like a cobra. She loves loves loves to hear her own voice and doesn’t take a breath to listen. She refused to even listen to me when I tried to tell her the aggriegious treatment I had been dealing with from her front office staff - especially as our family had been patients for 10 years and had never once not paid a bill in full and on time - ever. For 5 days - 5 days! I had been patiently and politely trying to get her front office staff to comprehend a very simple concept. My husband had changed jobs and consequently had new insurance but it was through the same company - Aetna - but there was a new Group number and new policy number. I provided all the paperwork and brought it with me to the appointment. They still… required me to pay the full amount up front instead of my co-pay as I had always done. And we pay about $1500 a month for health insurance. It was so insulting. We weren’t new patients or deadbeats off the street. 10 years! Instead of listening to me to clear up the problem - she couldn’t get past that I was rightfully angry - and actually refused to treat my sick 3 year old daughter who had no idea what was going on. AND by the way I DID pay the full amount before seeing her even though it incensed me to have to do so - and she actually refused to treat my daughter and walked out of the room with her big bodyguard nurse - leaving my 3 year old daughter still suffering from the ailment she came in with. I’m pretty sure that’s against the hypocratic oath and maybe even malpractice. I might sue her still. She’s a disgrace to the profession. She retired once for unspecified reasons then reimerged at the Inwood location. I do not wish her well.

My Ob referred us to Dr. Sue after our previous pediatrician's office got on our nerves. Dr. Sue is wonderful. She keeps up with research, knows everything there is to know about pediatrics, and has an excellent bedside manner. She takes her time answering our questions and has a fun, laid-back personality that makes both kids and their parents comfortable. Highly recommend Dr. Sue.

We LOVE Dr. Sue! She is the best! My 3 kids love her and we feel like she is part of our family and we are part of hers. She has gone out of her way to call and check up on us and remembers even the smallest details about our family. She has really helped us understand things (we have one child with a rare diagnosis), taken the time to research things for us and learn more about his medical issues and encouraged us to seek outside help when needed. When it is required she spends LOTS of time with the child and family so she is frequently running behind-that is the ONLY down side to being her patient, is the wait but we feel for the personalized service and relationship we have with her it is worth it.
