Dr. Susan Jane A Hulsemann, MD

I don't feel like they are really trying. They seem to feel it is a privilege to be in their office.

I have never meet Dr Susan and feel sad I didn’t get to meet her. Her office manager is rude and says she doesn’t care they get bad reviews. Shame on her. I am sure Dr. would not approve of this I. Her practice

FRONT DESK LADY/OFFICE MGR? WAS SOOO RUDE!... VIOLATED HIPPA LAWS ASKING VERY DETAILED PERSONAL QUESTIONS REGARDING SPECIFIC & PERSONAL DETAILS OF MY VISIT! TOLD ME I WASN'T A "GOOD FIT" FOR THE DR OR OFFICE!.... COULDN'T BELEIVE IT!... REPORTING THIS TO HIPPA/STATE OF MI/HOSPITAL AFFILIATE!!

Her office manager is horrible. So rude. The dr was ok, but I couldnt do another visit because of the office manager. I think if she wants to keep the office manager as a representation of her then I don't recommend her.

If you can get past her office staff who are very rude, she isn't horrible. She barely touches her patients which is odd and likes to chew and snap gum. One of the reasons I stopped going to her was the office staff uses the answering system to screen calls and when you leave a message, doesn't reply. Very weird situation for a doctor's office. Another visit I had to pay my office visit before I even saw the dr...who again didn't even get off her stool to touch a hip problem I was experiencing. And don't plan on being sick on Friday, she doesn't have office hours on a Friday. If you 're looking for a dr who has rude staff, doesn't want to touch patients and can't see you unless she has time....this is the dr for you. I went elsewhere.

Doctor is awesome, very easy to talk to and she listens to your problems.

Dr. Hulseman was inattentive to my condition. Her office manager is rude and disrespectful to patients. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Wonderful physician. Need more like her

Dr. Hulsemann is a wonderful doctor. She is patient and very caring. She really takes the time to listen to her patients. Which I think is an extremely important quality in a physician. I am not impressed with the staff member that works at her office. She is extremely abrasive and very difficult to deal with. She has been rude to me and members in my family as well as three of my friends that go there on more than one occasion. Her customer service skills are awful. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Hulsemann but I would not give her office staff a good recommendation.

I can guarantee that you will never meet a more caring, generous, honest or friendly human being let alone doctor. I have been all over and spent long periods at U of M, St. Vincet's Cleveland Clinic, UT Medical center and so on. I am sure that you can imagine the number of doctors I have met over the past couple years, and there is not single one that compares to Dr. Hulsemann. It is not often tht you have a doctor who calls at night and on the weekend to see how you are doing. It is obvious that she loves what she does and it shows through her actions.
