Dr. Susan Naomi Ishikawa, MD

Several years ago all 5 metatarsals in my foot were crushed in a auto accident. She performed surgery and essentially rebuilt my foot. Today I can use my foot normally and except for faded scars there's no indication I was ever injured.

She has horrible bedside manners and can care less about what you have to say about your condition. Spends little to no time and shows no concern over your care. Her observation of your condition supersedes to whatever you might think is wrong with your body. Her nurses and cast room spend more time with you than she does....glad she is gone from Campbell!!!!

She given me all her time and patience and made sure I recover correctly and she give me the most honest answer ever she told me that it was normal I was still walking in a limping kind of way but she has no crystal ball so she will have no answer to when I will walk correctly she’s one amazing doctor

Did not tell me my diagnosis - had to ask the cast room - terrible doc - go somewhere else

Do not waste your time going to this lady. She is not personable at all and does not listen to the patient's concerns. I would not recommend her services to anyone. Please go find another dr that actually takes the time to understand what is going on with you.

Dr Ishikawa is a great dr. She cured a heel problem I had for 15 years & felt I would have the rest of my life. She is up front & let’s you know that if you want to cure your problem you need to commit to the treatment & the time it will take to see results. She is a no nonsense dr which I like and appreciate. I didn’t seek her out to be my friend but to cure my heel problem & that’s just what she did. Thank you Dr Ishikawa !

Ishikawa is not a personable doctor. She doesn't care what you think doesnt make you feel at ease. She had a bad attitude when i asked her opinion about my health concerns.

Dr Ishikawa spends almost no time with her patients and doesn't want to hear what they think. If you want a doctor who cares, keep looking.

Dr. Ishikawa doesn't spend much time with patients at all and doesn't listen to what they have to say. She delegates "listening" to other members of her staff and she shows up for a few minutes at a time and almost avoids contact with the patient.
