Dr. Susan Marie Jacobi, MD

Horrible! I cannot believe this cold non-caring woman is allowed to see patients. She scolded me for having 5 hrs or less of sleep when I have no control of my rotten sleep pattern. Tried to get a knee reflex response and after many attempts she scoffed and said "must be caused from your surgery" without any further explanation. At the end of the exam she said she would do the test my other specialist called for but said "this is all I (Jacobi) will do for you and I do not want to hear from you (me) again." I left crying. Absolutely the worst healthcare provider experience I have ever had to endure and I have unfortunately had too many to count after a debilitating car accident.

Horrible experience

Excellent service and knowledge of my problem.

She was incredibly rude, did not examine me. She ignored my family history, wrote off my numerous symptoms because "sometimes people just have pain," and refused to run tests. I eventually saw a qualified doctor who ran tests and accurately diagnosed me based on the medical tests. Dr. Jacobi was horrible, I would never recommend anyone see her. If you are on the waitlist I would recommend contacting the office and requesting another doctor or just see another practice altogether.

After I lost the use of my legs in 2008, I was referred to Dr Jacobi. She has been the only Dr that has understood my pain and the completely made my pain easier and less painful. Now I can walk but still have much pain and Dr Jacobi has always helped me deal with my pain helped me through my discomfort. In my opioin she is one of the best DR's I've ever been treated by....she is decently a 5star Dr.....thank you Dr jacobi

Incredibly rude. I have been to her twice. No matter what I tried to explain to her, she claimed it was a psychosomatic symptom of PTSD. Wouldn't even listen or look at the physical symptoms (1 is hyper mobility, which is obviously not psychosomatic). Ended up seeing a different doctor. The 2nd doctor recognized the symptoms were actually physical, & after listening to me (and witnessing some of my symptoms), he immediately decided I needed to be referred to a geneticist for further testing.

Dr. Jacobi is an outstanding and knowledgeable Dr. She listens carefully and answers all my questions. Her diagnosis was very accurate and her treatment recommendations were very helpful!

After meeting with this doctor the first time, there was no way there was going to be a follow up appointment.

Dr Jacobi had no clue how to diagnose or treat my disease. She used terms that are outdated. Did not know the correct blood work to run. Did not even know the correct criteria of physical symptoms or how to recognize them. After several appointments with no success I changed Rheumatologists. This doctor knew what the physical symptoms were for this particular disease, he recognized I had them. He knew the correct examinations and blood work to do to make sure I was diagnosed and treated correctly. Rude and lacks compassion.

Very rude doctor. Misdiagnosed my autoimmune disease because she didn't know the entire battery of tests required. She used outdated terms and did not recognize my physical symptoms.
