I saw dr jensen and it was explained to me that I have a thyroid issue by dr jensen. However its been over 3 months and she has not treated my thyroid issue nor has she addressed

Staff is helpful. Generally can get appointment within 24 hours. Wait time is seldom very long. Dr. Jensen takes her time and is easy to talk to.

Over-schedules appointments. one appointment waiting room time 2hrs. Others too long. Follow up appointment billed as Psychiatric visit. Incorrect info in medical history,

Sees you once and then has her N.P. see you after that. Staff not polite. No follow-up.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jensen's for over 20 years. I also see her nurse practitioner Robin and physician assistant Julie quite often. My many health issues can be challenging at times but they all have the same interest in my overall health and well being. I can talk to them about anything and we are working towards my goal of eliminating some of my meds. And they care about and understand my frustrations. They're great healthcare professionals.
