Dr. Susan Jurasek, MD

My Mother has been a patient of Dr Susans for awhile She recently was sent to get an MRI schedule at 5 am they called it in she got approval from insurance Checked her in got myself a cup of coffee sat down MRI lady came out said we got a problem they sent the wrong paperwork We can get her back intoday have them send it over here’s the fax number Called at 8 am was advised the doctor would call back it’s now 11:33 no call back Caring not so much Office staff not so good Many other things but what the heck Time to find a new doctor

Awesome doctor, I'll never go to anyone else, love her!

I was a patient of dr smith for years he retired and then Henery and his wife started practicing in the office I was changed to Henery at first then I was having trouble with anxiety and depressing I had to go to the after hours clinic that when I Susan jurasek for the first time she sent me home to get meds one was called Buspar and the other Xanax I did see her for a while untill one day they were both busy so they gave me appointment with Breanna Houser (Wonderful Person and Awesome Docter) I decided to stay with Breanna all has been doing good untill I called for refill on my Xanax I stop to pick it up and the front desk girl went back to see what was going on she returned with a perscipition for 30 of the 90 pills and said SusanJurasek would not be giving me this medication anymore so I went against my better judgement and made an appointment with Susan to see what was going on with my meds . I explained my situation to her about not being able in really consintrat or focus… first thing she said was if you think I'm giving you any thing called aderil your wrong all I really wanted to know is why she stopped my meds she tells me that she never prescribe the medication for me to begin my husband was with me there the whole time I have all my records of it anyway she with was very hateful seems like not happy with her job of caring for the sick really doesn't semm like she has time for people how can you PRACTCE if you don't listen to what your PRACITINGS .my refuels be be going to Breann pay close attention you might pick up on some personally pointers I went to see her at after hours clinic in 2006 she give me buspar for depression and Xanax foe anxiety. I then started seeing both her and her husband Henery well they were good doctors

Dr. Susan Jurasek is a wonderful doctor. She really pays attention to what I say and is compassionate, understanding and LISTENS. I feel very comfortable talking to her and fully trust her with my health. I have recommended her to friends with no hesitation. I hope she's around for a long time.

I have been a patient for many years and in the past couple of years her bedside manner is horrible and I don't feel like she listens or cares. Needless to say I have switched to a doctor at a different clinic. After almost every visit I would spend time on the phone with their billing department and my insurance co because the billing dept is horrible! I would never recommend her or the clinic. Oh and if you need to get an appointment, good luck. If your not willing to wait 1-2 weeks to see her your only option is to see a physician assistant!

Overall~ Dr. Jurasek is the best doctor I have ever had. Unfortunatley, It is very hard to get in for appointments...the avg. wait time to see her is anywhere from 5-14 days...that's too long so I switched to another Dr. in the practice. I love her and she is very prompt and easy to see. Dr. Hauser is excellent!

Acts like she cares but dont think she knows what she talking about i think she needs alot moree time studying about medicine she only has a few years under her belt need a dr thats been around awhile and also has no feelins about you

It takes a month to get an appointment with this doctor and if you get sick in the mean time you are stuck seeing a Nurse (gave my husband a anti-biotic for the wrong condition, per a doctor in another clinic). Need an appointment in a week??? You are stuck with a PA. You get 15 minutes a appointment with this doctor once a month for your $129 Office Visit. If your 15 minutes run out she will tell you she has no more time and to come pack next month...just walks out of the room. Got stuck with her after my other doctor left, however, you do not want to go to this clinic in general if you want personalized care. Because they have a lab...blood test seem to be mandatory. No thanks...Husband, Daughter, a Friend, and I all agree that we need to find another clinic and are looking.

Dr. Jurasek is the best doctor I've ever had. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and called me back with my test results. I do not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.

I waited 3 hours the last time i went in there and she said call if anything comes up so when i found i had another pelvic fracture i called her to get some extra medicine they told me the me the dr said no when i asked to talk to her to explain what was going on they said she already left for the day this was around 3:30 and I was in tears then at 5 pm she called from her office and im wondering why they lied to me when she called she hadint even read my note or looked at what my bone scan said.
