I have to admit I was nervous when I had my left eye surgery on June 9th Dr Kessler was wonderful The procedure was quick and painless The recovery was easy (just remember to follow the post op instructions) I had my right eye surgery today I was so excited , not stressed at all From the moment I met Dr Kessler at my consultation, she put my mind at ease Her staff are wonderful They take their time and answer any questions you have The staff at the Albany Regional Eye Surgery Center in Latham are top notch The heated blankets , soft music and uplifting personalities make the experience wonderful The surgery was quick and painless The surgery has improved my quality of life for sure The post op appointment after my first surgery was very emotional I couldn’t thank Dr Kessler enough I ended up crying (tears of relief and joy ) She hugged me I’m looking forward to seeing her tomorrow for my follow up for today’s surgery Life is Good

I just had cataract surgery yesterday and my follow-up appointment today and here I am, already writing a review using my new vision. Dr. Kessler was fantastic. The procedure was only a few minutes. It was quick and painless. The folks at Albany Regional Eye Surgery Center were wonderful, too. Everyone made it so easy. Listening to music the entire time was a bonus, too. I highly recommend Dr. Kessler. She and her staff are very friendly and kind. I can clearly see far away. I only need +2 reading glasses. No more cloudy vision. I am very happy with the entire process and the wonderful outcome.

Dr Kessler performed cataract surgery on my eyes. I no longer have any problem driving at night. I drive without glasses. I only need a pair of +2.0 readers for reading in average or poorer light.

i recently had cataract surgery and everything was great! it is like i have a second chance with excellent vision again. dr kesslers staff are very helpful with any questions you have, i would highly recommend having any of your visions needs taken care of by dr kessler and her excellent staff

People who love what they do tend to be great at it and Dr. Kessler is no exception to that rule. I have been seeing her for over a decade; she is passionate about her work and always in a great mood. I found out last year that I needed cataract surgery while still in my fifties. Dr. Kessler recommended the Acrysof IQ Vivity IOL by Alcon, and I am extremely impressed with the results! No more glasses for the vast majority of my activities; no more fog when coming in from the cold or wearing a mask; I work in I.T. and my computer monitors have not been this clear in decades; I also play flute and piano and it's a delight to see the sheet music so clearly. As for the surgery itself, I must give kudos to the Albany Eye Surgery Center where several area ophthalmologists operate; the staff is wonderful, you are in and out in about 3 hours, most of which is prep time as the surgery itself takes about 20 minutes and recovery is painless, with your vision improving drastically within 24… hours.

WOW, after 55+ years of wearing glasses, had cataract oper. Just need glasses for reading now. Extremely compassionate, wonderful office staff. They are all God's special angels

During a routine check Dr. Kessler noted an extremely small but questionable area. She immediately sent me to AMCH for follow up. The area turned out to be Schwannoma Tumor which will now be followed by AMCH neuro surgery. Her exams are so detailed... She leaves NO stone unturned. The office staff are outstanding. If you are told there will be f/u and return calls... consider it done. Office wait time could be long but that is because detailed exams and unanticipated testing up can sometimes cause a visit to take longer than expected. (If she finds an issue she addresses it then and there). Dr. Kessler has removed my cataracts without issue and continues to monitor my glaucoma and macular degeneration. Eye Sight is undoubtedly important and I fully trust my eye sight to Dr Kesser. I have refer this Doctor to both family and friends who have all be pleased.
