Dr. King and team have been very helpful in stabilizing my condition.

Dr King was highly recommended to my husband by an acquaintance. However, after about a year and a half, he has yet to meet her. His appointments were quite often rescheduled because she was not available. There was always a long time between appointments. He was finally seen by a NP when he thought he was seeing her. A receptionist accidentally cancelled the wrong appointment for him and he drove across town 45 minutes and found out that he didn’t have an appointment at all. A lot of tests and ct scan were done and the latest appointment for results was cancelled again because she had something else come up. He has decided he may never get to see Dr. King. Maybe she’s a myth. He did however get his hearing aids but his allergy and sinus problems have yet to be treated.. It seems time to look for another ENT. I hope we can get all the records of the tests already taken.

Doctor King has been seeing my hearing impaired doctor for years. We love her so much. She really takes the time and is very informative. My daughter who is now 11 years old loves her ENT and staff.

This doctor came highly recommended, but my first and final visit was like a chapter from the "Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde." The doctor was a scowling, impatient bully when she was in the exam room alone with me and the door was closed. She became a smiling, professional physician when a staff member was in the room or the door was open.

Dr. King conducted appropriate tests - though they were difficult - and got to the root of the matter. Referred me for physical therapy and helped me greatly. Warm, caring, very intelligent.

I have been a patient with Dr. King for over 4 years. My last 3 appointments with her were deferred to the PA-even when I specifically requested to be seen by Dr. King to discuss treatment. I was assured Dr. King would call me back, but that never happened. I just tried to an appointment and was kicked over to automated system to leave a call back number. I do not expect to receive a returned call, so I will be calling back...again.

After receiving my diagnosis, and going on to take further test, see other doctors, Dr. Susan King did not return any of my calls to schedule surgery. Horrible.

Facilities and Dr. are very nice, as is the allergist. This would be all well and good except for the fact that not one of the treatments offered to me are covered by my insurance. After being reassured by the doctor that they would be, I have recently been charged over $1,000 by my carrier. When my carrier called Ear Medical with me on the line the bookkeeper stated "Oh yeah, these get rejected all the time". Bait and switch are the only treatments provided here. I wonder if the other raters could re-do their reviews when they get their bills 6 months from now how they would change their tune. You should be ashamed Ear Medical.

Great doctor, but don't expect to get in and out of there in under two hours even if it is just a routine followup. I have waited as long as 90 minutes in the waiting room for scheduled testing, and nearly an hour in a small exam room for a followup. If Dr. King weren't so good, I would never put up with the kinds of wait times that are routine in this office.

She is the best ear doctor that I have ever been to.
