Dr. Susan Eve Klein, MD

I went to Dr. Klein more than 3 months ago for a general physical. She took a blood sample and said that my results would be posted on her patient portal. She also told me she would give me a prescription. She has done neither. I have called her office, emailed her office both directly and through the portal, and she has not provided me results or the prescription. I have other doctors wanting the blood results and instead of being able to share with other doctors, I now need to get my blood work re-done. Also, her office demanded a co-pay for my physical, which is covered 100% by my UnitedHeathcare Insurance. Needless to say, I will not be returning to her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Klein's for well over 20 years. During this time I have experienced a multitude of health woes, all of which Dr. Susan E. Klein was able to diagnose, address, treat, or, refer to equally comparable specialists, etc. She is caring, personable, kind, respectful and committed to her patients. There have been several occasions when Dr. Klein would call me in the evening, after office hours, to go over test results, or to check on my overall health. Her office staff are also professional, kind and respectful. Over the years, I have referred many colleagues, friends and family to her. Never, ever heard any complaints. Very knowledgeable and kind.Have been a patient for many years and could not recommend her more highly.Her support staff is excellent as well,which should always be a consideration when selecting the right health care professional. Dr.Klein's care is far superior to similar doctors I have known.

Dr. Klein was meticulous, patient and warm. With multiple health concerns, she took time to address each, and provided holistic and alternative approaches which was most appreciated, as well as other options if need be. She is highly recommended

I have not found a better doctor since I moved New York City.
