Dr. Susan Paulette Kupferman, MD

So for someone who works at an OBGYN office, I was expecting the same treatment and service that I see given at my own workplace. It was the opposite. The front receptionists of this office are very nice, but I am not happy with my experience with the doctor I saw. (I can't speak on behalf of the other doctor) Dr. Kupferman was not personable, barely listened when I was telling her about my issues and even interrupted me in the middle of talking. It seemed as if seeing me was a chore and she couldn't wait to the leave the room. After tests and treatment, I even followed up and came in again cause my symptoms came back (which I understand as a women can happen). She didn't even run the test she should have. I called back to ask the nurse what I should do and she said she would talk to the doctor about it and get back to me. It's been a week and a half and I still haven't heard back. For time sensitive issues I'm experiencing, I'm quite irritated considering this should be dealt with in… a timely and responsible matter. This has proved to me that she obviously doesn't care. I've transferred my care to Overlake OBGYN which is right down the road from here.

Dr. Kupferman has the perfect balance of patient compassion and incredible knowledge. I recently had a hysterectomy and she was attentive and extremely kind. I would highly recommend her!!!!

Susan saved me from a botched bladder sling of 6 years! She was most graceful in her bed side manner and attention to detail through the process and was extremely knowledgeable throughout the ordeal. I am most grateful and can void again! Thank you!

I have been going to Dr Kupferman for many, many years as my gynecologist. I have issues with ongoing urinary tract infections and she is the expert. She is a great listener and explains everything to you and gives you her time. She is the best! Cindy Nolan

Asked the same questions over and over, didn't bother to look at my chart ahead of the appointment, asked for the same test twice, results sent to the wrong office but no follow up. Missing In Action.
