Dr. Susan Marie Locke, MD

I was Dr. Locke's patient for twenty or give or take a couple years and she was awesome the entire time. Open to alternative treatments as well as traditional pharmaceuticals, willing to take time to discuss issues, compassionate and knowledgeable. When she was still doing obstetrics there were issues with timeliness for appointments but what are you going to do, babies come at their time not yours. The only reason she is not still my doctor is because I had to move to another State.

Dr. Locke was my doctor for 10 years until I left Illinois for the East Coast. My wife, who is also a doctor, suggested her when I needed a regular doctor. She is thorough, personable and is willing to try alternate treatments before starting you on medication. She is also willing to prescribe generics versus name brand meds. If you like your doctor to be a "just the facts" type, she may not be the one for you, but otherwise you shouldn't have a problem with her. Her front desk staff were always very accommodating, even when I was late for my appointments and her nurses were great.

I've been a patient for 19 years, along with my husband, children and grandchildren and Dr. Locke is the most compassionate doctor that I've ever had.

This was quite possibly the worst office visits one can have. Wait time=FAIL, professionalism of front office and billing=FAIL. Doctor accuracy on diagnosis=FAIL. Loves to rack up insurance and payment.

The doctors and staff in this office are professional, attentive, and kind. I have been a patient of Dr. Locke's for about 7 years, and have absolute confidence in the doctors and staff. My sister, niece and daughter are also patients of this practice, and are equally comfortable and confident.

Dr. Locke will spend time listening and thinking about options, she is great with kids, just the best family doctor.

Dr. Locke is a very personable, knowledgeable professional. She is easy to talk to, listens to the patient and is very practical, which I like, especially with diagnosing children.She does not jump right to fixing problems with meds.
