She will spend as much time as needed with you to help you get better. Not one foot out the door after greetings. Compassionate and caring. Have been with her for years now. Happy patient.

Calling to book an appointment was an absolute drag. The lady helping, or rather not helping, acted like she was completely put out having to check Dr. Madsen's schedule. She was not friendly in the least bit, rude and made me not want to see the doctor. Trying other docs in the area since she was so unpleasant.

I get in immediately (5-7) minutes wait every apt. But I wait in the exam room 10-15 more. Dr.Madsen is patient and she's a good listener and has a positive personality. She works with me to get the help I need. She even calls me at home if needed. Staff is nice but needs improvement in calling back with results when they say they will. Over all, I believe I'm lucky to have found her...and believe me I have history with numerous Dr.s for my conditions.
