Dr. Susan R Mattison, MD

When I walked into her office I wondered why the waiting room was empty but I soon discovered the reason. I have never met a more nasty and condescending person in my life. Susan Mattison did an adequate job cutting down my corn but her attitude is very abusive. This was my first corn so I needed an explanation of the procedure. I had to drag the information out of her so when she got disgusted in having to explain the procedure she drew a picture of the bone and corn and treated me as if I was an idiot. There was no reason for her nastiness. My mistake was not researching her reviews through Vitals, Healthgrades, Google, Yelp, etc. and just took my primary doctor's recommendation as one of several he gave me. Never again! I always research doctors reviews and if I had I never would've made this appointment and been exposed to her abuse. My advice is to always search the web for reviews for any doctor you might consider going to. Her husband may be better but I'll be staying away from… this practice. I don't trust her to do anything further and have since found and seen a professional podiatrist.

I went to see Dr. Susan Mattison, the wife of Brad Mattison. This is a husband and wife team. I've read the husband is very nice. I got the wrong spouse. She was the most arrogant, stuck up lazy doctor I ever met. I almost cursed her out. She was so disgusting. That's what the public gets for making her rich. I had posted a review about her on a local website, and 2 other past FEMALE patients agreed with me, so it just can't be me. I don't know how her husband lives with her. Either he puts up with her arrogant mouth, or there's some really bad battles going on there. All I know is I'll never walk in there again. She's a disgrace to the profession.
