Dr. Susan E Montgomery, MD

I went to Urgent Care, like everyone else, because I urgently needed help. This doctor seemed mad at me. I don't understand. Going there was a complete waste of my time because it was impossible to communicate with her. I'm sure that I'm not the only one who has suffered because she's insufferable.

Saw her at the East Towne UW Health Urgent Care. I think she was fine. Bedside manner was brisk but nothing that was particuarly off putting. Just no nonsense. She knew what she was doing and she was through in diagnosing me. No complaints here.

i would like to share with everyone this doctor did not listen to my a brought a list with my symtoms and she did not bother to look at i was blown off and treated as if i was second class. The entire staff were very rude i was asked bout my insurance countless times and it seemed thats what interested them not my health.i would not recommend this doctor are the staff they all need to be schooled in compassion the atmosphere was so tense and uncomfortable

Dr. Montgomery is a stiff, non caring physician. She did not listen to my concerns . She told me I was wasting her time to be in the office. No wonder there were no other patients in the waiting room or exam rooms.

Decided what was wrong before she examined me,didn't listen to me, then misdiagnosed the condition. Might be brillant, but her ego and lack of concern are dangerous.
