Dr. Susan Nedorost, MD

I found her to be rude, short and condescending. If you are someone who has questions or needs someone who will communicate, I would look into another provider.

The doctor really helped me I had seen other doctors and none could fine out what the problem was she cured me within 3 months

Susan Nederost is thorough, professional and a superb diagnostician. After suffering from a simple, whole body skin allergy (poison ivy) which another doctor was unable to diagnose during the course of nearly two months, Dr. Nederost nailed it in 30 seconds. She literally saved my life.

She and her associate did a great job explaining everything to me. very professional and very open in their conversation.

I was told she is the best but after 4 months and 7 vists and $245 in co pay i have not seen any changes in my condition. I have to wait at least 45 to 70 minutes in waiting room because she is always late. No idea what is my allergy and keeps telling me go and comeback in one month and another copay. Office won't talk to you umless they look at your insurance. Not a good experience.

I saw several other Dermatologists for a horribly painful and debilitating rash that no one could cure. Finally I saw Dr. Nedorost and she was able to figure what my problem was and solve it. She is the best dermatologist in Northeast Ohio and I would recommend anyone see her first and not waste your time with anyone else.

We used Univ. Dermatology for our entire family for 7 years. We stayed SOLELY because of proximity to our house and because there were so few dermatologists around the west side in general. My teenagers missed alot of school waiting in that office sometimes for 2-3 hours. Nothing serious, just rashes and acne. I rushed from work once, got there on time, and waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The elderly woman sitting next to me had been there for 2 hours and was asleep. The way the practice is run is insulting to the patient. Their time is more important than yours. A young new derm dr. needs to move in here and drum her out of business. She is not there because of any talent or bedside manner.
