Dr. Susan O'neil

She misdiagnosed my son which could have costed his life. As a three yr old one tiny bump and he would have bled out. His platelet count was dangerously and I mean dangerously low. She told my sister that her baby boy's spine was perfectly straight when in fact, he had a severe case of scoliosis and has averaged 4 surgeries a year since birth and remains in a body cast to this day. Add incompetent desk staff, over hour wait times, and scheduling that takes forever on the phone. How is this lady a doctor!?!?!

Front office staff is terrible, rude and unfriendly. Pity, because we do like dr. O'Neil.

When my baby was very ill- high fever with unknown illness, she and all her staff went above and beyond to take care of us. I could not have asked for a more dedicated Physician and Nurse Practitioner, Kathy. I have found she is a doctor I can trust with my 3 children and Kathy is a fabulous Nurse practitioner.

Dr. O'Neil has been our family pediatrician for 17 years. She has always been down to earth and very practical. Would recommend her highly.

Terrible doctor! My child had a bacterial infection with a high fever and she wouldn't treat her with antibiotics. We had to go to a different doctor that told me she has heard complaints about her and that she undertreats her patients. Don't take your children to her.
