Great doctor very personable will get to the bottom of all complaints with results. very compassionate. HOWEVER ONCE YOU ARE GONE YOU ARE FORGOTTEN SO ANY QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS THAT MAY DEVELOP AFTER YOUR APPPOINTMENT YOU WILL NEED ANOTHER DOCTOR TO HANDLE THAT. THE STAFF/NURSES ARE HORRIBLE WITH FOLLOWING UP. NO ONE WILL EVER RETURN YOUR CALLS. ALTHOUGH THE DOCTOR WILL DO ALL THAT'S NECESSARY TO GET DIAGNOSIS WITH TESTING. YOU WILL NEVER FIND OUT WHAT THE RESULTS ARE. GETTING REFILLS IS IMPOSSIBLE THEY DON'T EVEN CALL THE PHARMACY BACK.

Dr. Pacheco has a wonderful bedside manner. She makes you feel extremely comfortable from the minute she walks into the room. She is very knowledgable and professional. She has been seeing my son for over a year now and we couldn't be happier with her expertise, her staff and our results!

Dr.Pacheco is an amazing doctor. She has helped me through alot of my health problems and I don't have one complaint with her. She is a huge reason why I am living a normal life right now and I feel that she is someone that I can trust with anything now. She is amazing and so is her staff. The nurse who has helped me out is Mrs.Shalanda and she is incredible also Dr. Kelley Smith has been huge help. I would recommend her to anyone almost. I had such bad asthma and my eczema was out of control and no doctor even dermetologist couldn't help me until I was sent to her and she knew exactly what it was and I am clear and athsma free and have been for about a year since going to her. She is exceptional and I am lucky to have met her and anyone that has something of some sort such as an immune problem or asthma needs to go to her because she is the best doctor I have went to in my life, and thats been alot!
