Dr. Susan Beth Packer, MD

Rear ended in an accident and my primary Dr said I had a concussion. My one and only visit to Dr Packer for work/ Comp. She said she would not consider my medical condition a concussion. My wife was present and was shocked to hear Dr packer say that. Very bad bedside manners for a physician too. I'm going to request for a different Dr for second opinion through work comp.

I WAS INVOLVED IN AN AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT WHERE I WAS REAR ENDED BY ANOTHER AUTO . THE PERSON IN THE OTHER VEHICLE EXPERIENCED A MEDICAL EMERGENCY AND PASSED OUT AT THE WHEEL. I WAS STRUCK AT A SPEED OF ABOUT 30 TO 40 MPH. THE NEXT DAY I WENT TO ABINGTON URGENT CARE IN WILLOW GROVE PA. AT 7:15 PM. I WAS SEEN BY DOCTOR SUSAN PACKER , WHO LET MY WIFE AND I KNOW THAT THEIR FACILITY CLOSED AT 8:00. I TOLD HER I WANTED TO GET CHECKED OUT BECAUSE I WAS EXPERIENCING PAIN IN MY BACK AND NECK. DOCTORS PACKER'S FIRST WORDS TO ME WERE "I SEEN YOU WALK IN, YOU LOOK ALRIGHT TO ME", THE SNEER ON HER FACE WAS RUDE AND MADE ME FEEL AS THOUGH I WAS BEING INTERROGATED. AS THE EXAMINATION CONTINUED, HER COLDNESS AND UNCARING BEHAVIOR ACCELERATED. I WAS TOLD I DIDN'T NEED AN X-RAY, AND SHE SUGGESTED THAT IF I FELT WORSE IN A WEEK TO GO TO MY ORTHOPEDIC DR. SHE IS A POOR REPRESENTATION OF WHAT A CARING DOCTOR SHOULD BE, AND HER REVIEWS SPEAK VOLUMES OF HER IGNORANCE.

She is nasty. They have not billed my insurance yet because I will give them a bad review.

Talked down to me. Call me STUPID because she thought I used my inhaler wrong. I am thinking about filling a lawsuit against her

I was assaulted at work,described symtoms to Dr.Packer.She told me to continue taking otc motrin and,released me. Full duty! I returned 2wks later with the same pain.Dr Packer refused a MRI request and,told me the pain was in my head. MRI granted one year later by another doctor. I was diagnosed with a major neck injury. Dr.Packer is the worst!
