Dr. Susan R Payberah, MD

Had my 1st appt w/ Dr. Payberah. She was so knowledgeable, so compassionate, concerned, and efficient. She knew exactly what to do to help me in my current circumstances. I cannot describe the relief of having a doctor who stepped RIGHT UP to help me and spent SO MUCH time with me. Very grateful to have come across this lovely, kind human. She is what ALL healthcare professionals should aspire to be.

A horrid listener. Combative about what a fever is as I TRIED to explain that my son still had a 100 temp after Tylenol over a hour prior. She's too full of herself to be a provider for humans. Maybe try animals??

I had a MDLive appointment, and from the very start, she was rude and dismissive. Our consultation lasted 3 min tops. I told her I had the same skin problem before and what prescription I needed since I need it to be able to get it. She diagnose me with a rash on the scalp when my growth was on my face. Just plain rude

She was rude, made me feel extremely judged and little. She talked over me, I couldn’t finish telling her my issues. Should have read the reviews first.

Thank you Dr. Susan! You did more then what my doctor that I had for years didn't do for me. After talking with Dr. Susan on MDLive I provided her with the information she needed she then helped me. My doctor of 7 years told me to go see a dermatologist and left it at that.

It would have been nice if this doctor would have taken the time to listen to my chief complaint and not continue to talk over me about what she “Thinks” could be my diagnosis. I have dealt with many doctors who have insulted me, humiliated me and even told me that it’s all In My head. Very sad that this specific doctor Susan Paynerah didn’t think ahead of why I was still not feeling good and allowed me to have another pack of the antibiotics - only to make sure that this infection of my throat which causes my asthma to flare up And make me cough would not get worse. But, Alas, NO HELP. Oh well I will have to wait and check back with my primary doctor and I know he will “LISTEN” to what “I” am going through and not just look at me as another Number waiting in line. If there were only “good” doctors who would Listen to what their patients are saying to them and Not what the Doctor is reading In Her text book. Every patient is different and not all patients are the same when it comes… to a certain medical condition.That’s one thing you learn in the Medical field - Not Everything is edged in stone. Oh well. ??

I had an appointment with her through MDLive. She asked me to describe my problem and while doing so she cut me off and told me that none of the symptoms I was describing were related in any way to each other. She also said that "fungus is not contagious." She diagnosed me with somatic symptom disorder. Super productive.

I had this Doctor for a teledoctor visit from my insurance. I had complaints of cold like symptoms. I told her what I was taking Over the counter. She treated me as if I had allergies. She prescribed me a Prescription version of of an overthecounter drug (15 dollars) that was 400 dollars. The doctor didn't listen. The doctor was very quick (2 minutes maybe for a 15 minute appointment). I guess I wasn't really given an option, but given the option I would not choose this doctor.

She was very knowledgeable about my issue and helpful in explaining why I kept getting my symptoms back. She also prescribed the correct dosage for my problem when all the others gave me the minimum amount that helped for a week but ended up with me getting sick again.
