Dr. Susan I Pohl, MD

I swear if I really had three wishes one of them would be that Dr Pohl was still on Cheviot Road in Cincinnati Ohio. If Dr P or any of her staff is reading this PLEASE tell her she was the BEST doctor I’ve EVER had in my 60 years of life. It was a good 24-26 years ago she was my PCP and I only had the true pleasure of seeing her a few times. Her husband was also a dr and they ended up being transferred from Ohio. Otherwise I’m certain I’d still be her patient. She was personable friendly and was the only doctor I’ve ever encountered that actually joked and laughed LIKE a normal human being! I was a waitress and bartender at a restaurant down the street from her office...and her staff was ALWAYS SO polite and they were GREAT tippers! LOL... Dr P never made you feel rushed and you could see she really had compassion! It was on her face when I told her I had just found out the reason for my severe back pain was due to broken Harrington rods in my back. Her face… literally “scrunched up “ like she genuinely cared. Gosh I miss her. I just hope she is still so genuine and caring as she was 20 something years ago ...and she’s not “bitter and jaded “ like I am 2 decades later. ?? If you see this Dr P...you are STILL missed...xoxo oh AND you are an amazing doctor AND person! Hope you haven’t changed a bit xoxo again

Dr. Pohl has been my primary care care doctor for about three years and I would highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable, listens to your concerns, and provides honest, clear, and direct advice about treatment. My only complaint is that the office can get behind schedule at times but I think that's just the nature of doctors offices. I would rather have a doctor who is running a few minutes late because she spends extra time working with patients than one who is pushing people out the door to stay on schedule.

Outstanding, caring, extremely knowledgable

I was very pleased with Dr. Pohl for the 3 years I saw her. She followed my first and part of my second pregnancy and was my child's doctor as well as mine. I appreciated she could be the family's doctor. The office is well organized, and Dr. Pohl is good at what she does! She's caring, thorough, and efficient. I would recommend her to anyone.
