Dr. Susan Beth Ragonesi, MD

It was better when Helen was there the medical assistance the two receptionist both name Marie are very nasty and have smart mouths. This office is not a friendly environment. Dr. Ragonesi is also not a friendly person she don't talk to you she talk at you. I rated this office and 1 star but she don't need none. She bad mouth her patients to her staff and her staff also bad mouth patients they clearly don't understand the hippa law.. I don't recommend this office to no parents with children I wanted take my dog there.

This doctor makes for a horrible pediatrician. Dr. Ragonesi is not courteous whatsoever. She never greets my or myself upon arrival. She never asks if you have any questions, and when your asking her a question, she walks out as your asking. The office is so outdated with no technology whatsoever. I would STRONGLY recommend you not take your child, nor children there, unless you don't care about them.
