Dr. Susan Jane Ripper, MD

Dr Ripper was caring and incredibly competent. She gave very clear instructions about how to proceed with my issues and future medical paths that we would follow should the first steps not work. She is easily contactable and responds quickly to any concerns.

Too many complaints to waste my time writing them out here. Poor service, expensive testing with no follow-up, horrible support staff, left me on the hook for months. All in all, save yourself the trouble and find a REAL doctor's office.

Very negligent doctor. Very nice when you are with her but then drops you after running all of the expensive tests. Her assistant is brash and difficult to get a hold of. Often have to leave several voicemails to get an appointment. Dr. Ripper says that paperwork is a "favor" that she is doing. She chose not to do any of my paperwork and stopped returning my phone calls. Will not be going back to this doctor.

Susan Ripper was both professional and personable. She helped me greatly in arriving at a diagnosis and referring me to other disciplines.
