Dr. Susan Jane Rosenbaum, MD

While I was treated for acute depression, Dr Rosenbaum was very attuned to the effects medications would have and sought to carefully balance them for maximum effect. She was available when needed, attentive, and sympathetic. She recommended talk therapy to augment the medical treatment and suggested very qualified psychologists. I highly recommend her!

my father was in dire need of therapy with an acute situation that arose out of nowhere. due to time of year and insurance coverage, (unfortunately for us) DR HACK was the only one available in his time of crisis. instead of treating him, she yelled at him, trivialized his problems, medicated him incorrectly, was condescending, and lacked compassion. she missed all of the signs that as a DR with many years of experience she should've have seen immediately. 5minutes of google and it was clear to me as to what should have been done. our lives are forever altered because of her lack of professionalism. run away as fast as you can.

Unhappy with the lack of response to phone calls. A call was made 3 days ago and yesterday and still no response. If she is unavailable then her voicemail should reflect that. Although she is in the Blue Cross network, her office does not follow proper procedures

Very caring and helpful. She is someone I trust completely with the care of my children.

She is both caring and honest in her treatment of patients in my experience.
