Susan Rudders, MD

Dr. Susan Rudders, MD, is an immunologist in the Division of Immunology at Boston Children’s Hospital and an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School. Board certified in allergy and immunology, she specializes in pediatric food allergies, asthma, anaphylaxis, environmental allergies, and primary immunodeficiency disorders. Dr. Rudders earned her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed her pediatrics residency at Brown University, followed by fellowship training in allergy and immunology at Boston Children’s Hospital. In addition to her clinical work, she has contributed extensively to research focused on food allergy, anaphylaxis management, and allergy-related health outcomes. She is recognized for her compassionate, evidence-based, family-centered approach to caring for children and adolescents with complex allergic and immunologic conditions.
