Dr. Susan Fort Sordoni, MD

Not a very knowledgeable doctor. I heard her say to another doctor in the hall, "Well, we refer when we don't know." Yeah right.

I read reviews online about Dr Sordoni and they seemed pleasing, so I was ok waiting for 6 weeks for my initial physical. I had an appointment for 11:30 am and I was there PROMPTLY at 11:15am (taking the day off of work too might I add). I registered and sat to begin my wait for my appointment. After a short period of time I noticed a sign that stated "If you have been waiting 20 minutes or longer please let us know" (What a joke that is). Well being it was now 12 noon and I was still waiting I went to the front desk and asked when I would be seen, I was advised that I was the next patient and I would be in and out within the next 45 minutes HA!!! At 12:45 I was finally brought to the back where my weight and blood pressure where take and I was asked a few questions. I was then informed that someone else would come in to do my family history then I would see Dr Sordoni. Well now its 1:15 and I'm there for 2 hours. THATS RIGHT 2 HOURS AND STILL NO DR. I'm beyond irritated by… now and go up to the front desk where there a bunch of people eating take out and I say I'm cancelling my appoint 2 hours is joke. The woman at the front desk goes to tell the dr where her response is give me a minute. I said NO I've wasted 2 hours of my time and a day off of work she isn't getting another minute., If this is how she treats her patients I highly suggest she gets some training. This is despicable for a doctor and I highly recommend NOT using her.

Sat in the office waiting for 2 hours to find out they were eating and partying like there weren't patients waiting. Ludicrous!
