I HAVE BEEN SEEING DR SPITZLER FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS AND FIND HER TO BE VERY THOROUGH IN HOW SHE ENGAGES THE PATIENT AND OFFERS TREATMENT. THE RESULTS HAVE BEEN VERY POSITIVE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ANY ONE HAVING ANY DERMATOLOGICAL ISSUES BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER PRACTICE. SHE IS SENSITIVE TO THE PATIENTS NEEDS AND OFFERS GOOD ADVICE AND TREATMENT TO ADDRESS THEM.- J SPIEGELMAN

Not a very personable doctor at all! She doesn't seem to care about her patients. The office staff is rude and constantly turning over nurses. While treating me for cancer, Spitzler dropped me as a patient. Her moral and ethical values as a doctor are questionable at best!

I am of the age and experience that I know how professionals are suppose to behave. I was treated in the most unprofessional manner by everyone I came in contact with at Dr. Spitzler's practice. The receptionist was rude and obviously has no training in Customer Service, the nurse is uncaring and would not provide a way for me to talk to Dr. Spitzler after my surgery (until the next day). The wait was over an hour to get my stitches out (nurse only) and my initial visit with Dr. Spitzler was a maximum of 2 minutes. The removal of the cyst and her stitching it up was the longest time she spent with me. I felt as if I was of little, if any, importance. I would highly recommending you find another doctor. I am sitting here typing this with a probable infection and with no antibiotic on my incision. My stitches were removed yesterday and the pharmacy did not have the topical ointment in stock and had to order it. Her nurse refused to have the Dr. prescribe any oral antibiotic. … It's been two days and I've yet to talk with the Dr. The head nurse would not give me a number to contact her. This is just completely ridiculous.

Reluctantly sharing my review of the best dermatologist I have ever seen in my 48 years - hate to let the secret out and make it harder to get an appt!!! I have been seeing a Derm since teenaged. She is professional and caring. Staff is friendly and professional. Have been a patient 10 years.

I waited more than 45 min before doctor could see me. The Doctor's nurse was very unprofessional and rude. She indicated Doc needs to see oother patients so tell your issues quickly. Also when asked how much longer it would take, was rudely told u can reschedule if you don't want to wait. Very unprofessional, overall.

I have been seeing the other dr for about 6 yrs and was needing some refills on an antibiotic I was taking. My dr was not available so I scheduled the apt with drS. What a huge mistake!!!!! I finally stopped her treating me so gorrible and condesending and told her that I have never been treated so horribly in all my life!! Didn't refill my perscription for my skin didn't tell me but she didn't even do my refills!!!! And ma

Dr. Spitzler is very nice. She helped clear up my skin. The staff is very friendly.

Once I finally got to speak to the Dr., I was given less than 2 minutes of consult, and she left abruptly. She was condescending and rude. She spoke as if the next patient was an emergency and as I was leaving she was laughing with the staff. They treated me as though I was interrupting their day. I also have visible scars on leg and face. I will not go back after being a very patient -patient for 4 years. She also has terrible breath.

Very thorough

Nursing staff terrible at returning phone calls. Had to call multiple times over a 3 week period to resolve issue. There are plenty of good dermatologists out there. Prepare to be frustrated if you use Dr. Sptizler.
