Would give zero stars. Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. She was rude, dismissive, and judgmental. She seemed to go into the visit with preconceived notions and didn't seem to be listening to me. She put words in my mouth that I never said...literally seconds after I had spoken. It was the strangest experience. I told her I was experiencing bothersome symptoms of a particular condition, but none of my labs came back showing that condition to be the case. She then accused me of claiming to have said condition when I had JUST stated that I knew that I didn't. Was she even listening? She then said "this is why I like to do video calls...so I can see with my own eyes if you're really experiencing the symptoms you're claiming to have." I was baffled because I had JUST explained that I get cosmetic procedures done to battle those bothersome symptoms. Not only that, but I requested my medical records and saw that she lied in the notes. She claimed that I said things… that are not true...little things that I have never said/done in my life. Complete fabrications...almost like she wasn't listening at all and filled in the gaps afterwards. It felt like this was all to get rid of me (I had requested this referral, so this is just another case of Kaiser doctors doing the bare minimum to "help" patients and save money). I would avoid her at all costs. Not a nice human, nonetheless a nice doctor.
