I scheduled an appointment online through the portal in late June. I was called less than a week before the appointment saying that the doctor was canceling the appointment because she wasn?t seeing new patients. I had gotten off of work. What a terrible way to treat people. I would never go see someone in this practice!!

I am really thankful for Dr. Thomas. My daughter had a pretty big unexpected medical item come up this past winter and Doc. Thomas was the best! From her calm confidence to attentive empathy. She was very supportive while navigating difficult emotions on our side of things. Really blessed to have found this parctice,

The entire practice is horrible. They never used to be but they are now. Doctor used to be good too, then she had her office manager call me on my way to her office for an appointment stating she no longer wants to see me and to not bother coming in!! That was a slap in the face and is so wrong. I could have died trying to find another doctor to take over my care needed because THIS doctor kept me on A medication that was dangerous and was only to be taken for 2-4 weeks, she kept me on it for a YEAR!! Then when I ask to get off of it I am told it is dangerous and I need her to ween slowly, then I do all that is asked of me and more just to be dumped!!!! I would never recommend this office or it’s doctors to anyone. I hear people yelling every day I was there regarding the treatment they are getting or NOT getting it’s sad. Horrible people horrible office!

I recommend her to anybody who needs a new doctor! I have been seeing her for the past 6 years and she cares about her patients! I couldn’t ask for a better doctor.

Dr. Thomas is on Northshore connect's system which makes it easy to schedule an appt., get medical advice and order re-fills. I don't have to call the office to get put on hold and talk to a million people. I can do everything from my computer. Dr. Thomas always replies in a timely manner. Additionally she is very thorough with all matters and I like having a female doctor. She is always straight forward and professional- speaks in terms I understand and ensures that she is covering all aspects of the visit.
