Dr. Thomas is a wonderful doctor. She takes her time with her patients and listens to your concerns. She is caring and yet the best doctor I've had so far.

Short and sweet....Dr. Thomas is WONDERFUL! Very thorough, honest, compassionate, great diagnostition.As for the office staff...that's another story. They can be rude, short-tempered and thoughtless when it comes to confidentiality.There is a lot of tension in the office area. Lots of "attitude." The long-term nursing staff (Eileen, Jan, etc.)are GREAT! Newer girls don't plan or follow-up. For example, I call in a Rx that needs to be picked up at the office so I can deliver it with ID to the pharmacy. I call at least 2 days in advance so it can be signed and ready for me to pick it up. It has yet to be ready for me! I end up sitting in the waiting room for 20 to 30 minutes waiting for it to be printed and signed. Calling ahead is an exercise in futility. It's very frustrating.If you can get past the office staff, Dr. Thomas is a wonderful, caring women. I like her so much that I'll put up with all the rudeness and arrogance I have to just to see her.
