Dr. Susan Mai Tran

Dr. Tran is passionate about her patients and in keeping with the old tradition of the “family dentist.” Her goal is to provide individualized care while offering the knowledge, comfort and clinical techniques of today's modern dentistry.

Dr. Susan Tran is a proud native Texan. Dr. Tran was born in Austin and grew up in Round Rock, Texas. She completed her undergraduate training at the University of Texas in Austin, and then completed her dental training at Baylor College of Dentistry.

Upon graduation from dental school, she practiced in the DFW metroplex for a number of years. Dr. Tran settled on Denton, TX for her dental practice because of the \"small town feel\" of the city.
To stay on top of advancements in the field of dentistry, Dr. Tran annually completes many hours of continuing education and training. She specializes in restorative and cosmetic dentistry as well as pediatric dentistry. Her expertise and skill, combined with her gentle touch and caring demeanor …help patients feel at ease.

Dr. Tran spends her free time with family and enjoys exercising, traveling, cooking, and going to the movies. She has a five year old daughter named Kylie and two year old son Jackson with her husband, Dr. Vo. Another one of her hobbies is training their 5-year-old wire-hair dachshund. Dr. Tran and her husband are members of Northwest Bible Church in Dallas and Gateway Church in Southlake.
