Have always felt I was in good hands. I believe the lower ratings are due to Kaiser and their policies.

great practitioner, some areas of lower ratings are due to the design of kaisers system. no fault of hers.

Dr. Wallace is an exceptional psychiatrist. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in her field, but she truly cares about her patient's well being. I've been treated by her for over 5 years and have never received such impeccable care from any other doctor (and I've had both great and not so great experiences with others). She is prompt in her responses, in tune to your needs, and is honest. Don't her up front to the point ways turn you off. She knows what she's doing and does it very well. I'd highly recommend her if you're looking for a real doctor to give you the best treatment possible.

I love Susan. She has worked with me through a great number of personal issues and difficulties throughout the last 10+ years. I feel as though I can always count on her. In fact, I got Kaiser insurance again just so I could keep seeing her.

She is amazing. I can always count on a call back from her if I really need to speak directly to her. If not, then immediately or within a few minutes I speak to her assistant Jaime. She has worked tirelessly to come up with help for my ongoing depression. I am happy to say we have finally found the right mix of medication and therapy that works for me. I trust Dr. Wallace with all my heart and I adore her.

I normally don't write reviews, but the prior reviews are clearly from the same disgruntled person. My experience with Dr. Wallace has been wonderful. Working together, we were able to come up with a clinical plan that has made me feel like myself again.

I would have rated her 0 stars but the site would't allow it. She is cold, and I recommend that she work where she wouldn't have to deal with people. Unfit to work in the mental health department of all places. Her interactions border on abusive.

She is hostile, judgemental and cold. If she dislikes a patient, she is very critical and says cutting things. She makes you feel bad about yourself. She is kind and caring for people she likes, so it all depends. If you think she doesn't like you, change doctors because it won't get any beter. She makes you feel that you are a bad person, not just a sick person. I don't think this helps people get better.
