Dr. Susan B Ward

She was literally the worst doctor I have ever seen! She was so rude and didn't even care what I had to say. I was trying to explain to her the pain I had and my blood work results and she basically laughed in my face and said "who told you you had that" If she simply let me explain what I was trying to say I would have been able to tell her.. I never went back to her and I would never ever recommend her to anyone!

So unprofessional and unhelpful. She reschedules, doesn't put her camera on, doesn't inquire as to symptoms, just literally doesn't care about you as a patient. Generally, people go to a Doctor because they are in pain or suffering. This Doctor provided no assistance, no insight, and no referrals. Simply told me I had to go elsewhere. I am an attorney and cannot believe the lack of compassion and caring that this professional showed in her treatment of me.

Dr Ward has terrible bed wide manner. Speaks down to her patients. Very condensing.

I had been having many issues for many years. They had never been connected to each other. When I saw Dr Ward she had read through my records before I saw her. She and I talked and she did an exam. She said she knew exactly what was going on and left to print something for me to read. While I was reading the pamphlet (15-20pgs) she went to her office to make referral for PT and write something up. It was such a relief to know that this is something real & she knew about it. The only thing I would have liked was a follow up but she said to follow up with my pcp. I’m sure if I needed to I could have made another appointment.

I can’t understand why anybody would want to see Dr. Ward. My mother’s primary care dr. Sent us to her. She was very rude and in your face with my 86 year old mother. She interrupted my mother many times and talked very harsh. When I saw how upset my mother was I tried to start a conversation with Dr. Ward about the medicines she wanted to prescribe for her Arthiritis. She then took off on me saying, “I’m the doctor, I persribe the drugs and how to take them”. In my opinion she had unacceptable behavior especially to my elderly Mother. I am never going back to her. I can’t even think of a Dr. in my 58 years who was so harsh and rude. I will pray for her.

I was having intense pain in my shoulder when I first met with Dr. Ward. She quickly diagnosed the source of my discomfort, explained the diagnosis by showing me my x-ray and provided immediate treatment. I found her to be very compassionate and thorough practitioner.

Wouldn’t answer one of my questions - seemed to be in a rush - poor bedside manor - condescending -

I found Dr. Ward to be a very rude and ignorant doctor. She did not care to listen to what I tried to address about my illness. She is very uncaring and has terrible bedside manners as well as bad work ethics. I would not recommend her, and she is not a very good doctor as far as getting the right diagnosis. Dr. Ward was a waste of my time.

Dr. Ward is a brilliant, caring doctor who was able to diagnose my problem immediately. It is always a pleasure going to her office. The staff is amazing and I feel very comfortable there. She keeps me healthy and feeling good.
