All they want is money. Never treat children on the first visit. Say.. let’s wait it out and see what happens! So let’s let them get sicker, more loss of school and work.. ER and urgent care visits are needed due to their lack of care.

I have been entrusting Dr. William's and her A.R.N.P. Kathy Ludeman to care for my children these past 5 years. I have always felt confident they practiced with my children's best interest in mind. I had my scariest moment as a mother last night.. with thoughts of going to the E.R... I desperately needed to talk to Dr.Williams. At almost 2am, Dr.Williams showed concern and was thorough with all her questions.. her expertise, and reassurance was priceless for my family and I.

We have been so impressed with Dr. Williams and her staff. We initially took our daughter to a larger practice with multiple doctors, but we began feeling like we were at a cattle call. I wish we had gone with Dr. Williams from the beginning. She takes her time with her patients and is excellent at explaining everything in layman's terms. No matter how busy they are, you never feel rushed, and they get to know your child and remember your child on a personal level. If you call with a medical questions, you receive a live nurse to speak with immediately. If it is after hours, you will get to speak with the Dr.'s caring nurse practitioner or the Dr. herself. To me, speaking with someone who knows and cares about your child is very important. I cannot say enough about Dr. Williams and this office, they understand and truly care about their patients.

My son is almost 14yrs old. He's seen Dr Williams since he was 7yrs. old. Although office visit may have its wait time, Dr Williams is worth it. She has excellent bed side manners, she is comfortable to be around, she listens to your concerns, and takes you serious. I have no insurance, the visit was reasonably-priced. She offered ways to save money on any prescriptions needed. Friendly staff too!

Kathy is awesome! She has a beautiful way of connecting and putting my child at ease. A true professional.

Dr. Williams and staff have always been excellent with my family's concerns and needs i would highly recommend her office for New patience

I have been with Dr.Williams since I moved to FL 2 years ago and I love the way she takes care of my kids. When the kids go in for sick visits I always get a follow up call to make sure that my kids are doing better and if I have any questions or concerns.

this dr is nothing but a joke how the heck did she even get her degree to be a doctor was rude to my daughter and said I need to bring her to a different doctor if I didn't fall through her orders the wait time was ridiculous and the room was filthy

Dr. Susan & Kathy are wonderful. I've been bringing my kids there for 10 years....never a problem! Great personalities, great with kids & love the way they explain things to my husband & I. Never waited a long time & always were able to get my kids in when they were sick. Love them!!!!

Place is a joke! Waiting for over a hour to receive attitude from the nurse. When dr williams finally came in she was rude and spoke to my child so mean thay my child shut down and refused to cooperare which made the dr even more angry. Should not be working with children...or anyone for that manner! And to end it all she called my athletic child overweight and told me to have my child diet. Way to ruin a young persons self image especially when the dr herself is grossly obesed. Switching dr's and telling everyone I know to mot use her. Cant think of a positive visit to that office. Dont waste your time with this crappy dr and her rude nurses!
