Hello, my name is Susana Wilson! I'm excited to meet you and start our therapy work together.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. After completing education and training in grad school in 2010 at IUPUI I provided therapy in a clinical setting and then moved to teletherapy. I have experience in treating patients with anxiety, depression, grief and coping with trauma in the present moment.
There isn't "a one size fits all" approach to therapy. I will meet you where you are at. I want to empower you and help guide you through any challenges that arise. I want to help you live your best life because you matter. I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and relationship issues (no couples counseling). I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and a few other treatment modalities to help you.
Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy being outdoors walking/hiking or running. I enjoy spending time with loved ones near and far. I also love …learning new research, languages and traveling each year.
