Dr. Susane Maher Habashi-Ahigian, MD

She was one of the worst - she has no idea what symptoms cause what condition. She is a narcissist who plays the game that unless you do as she says (even if you disagree) she does not want you as a patient. She has absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE about thyroid health - just what the medical books told her - and she has never made any attempt since them to up date her medical knowledge. I call this practicing medicine in a black box - one size fits all. To make matters worse when I requested my records/labs the office sent me another patient's files. Inept doctor and staff.

Dr. Susanne Habashi is awesome. Very happy with her care and she went all the way out to find out what is wrong with me, even way into after hours when the clinic closes. Thank you so much service and dedication.

Dr Habashi really takes the time to get to the root of your issue instead of just prescribing drugs. I appreciate the dedication she has to her patients. Sometimes there is a long wait but I know she is giving the time necessary to help another patient.

Dr. Habashi is very thorough. She is an excellent diagnostician. She takes the time to answer all questions and review complete history. She will spend the amount of time needed to give a complete diagnosis, which is why sometimes patients have to wait, but every patient who visits her office gets the same excellent attention. I can't say enough about her knowledge and competence. She also prescribes bio-identical hormones not synthetic. She is a great doctor!

She is a very compassionate doctor. She is good at thinking outside of the box and finding a diganois that other doctors had been unable determine.

The doctor is only as good as her staff. She may be a good doctor by herself, BUT her staff is very unprofessional. The doctor says they will call you when the results of blood work comes in, and they never call. You have to hound them to get anything done. And don't ask for a refill of medication, that will take three weeks!! Then, the doctor tries to sell you supplements called Xymogen, which have terrible reviews. Very poor customer service, and the doctor is arrogant. No good!

She is a thorough doctor, but her staff is inefficient and lax. It should not take a month to get a refill on a prescription. The staff doesn't have to lie to cover up. Very unprofessional office.

The front desk staff are rude and cold. The office manager, Lisa , is an arrogant pit bull. She demands you buy several hundred dollars of supplements even though Dr. Habashi said it was not necessary. The wait time is close to 2 hours even with a scheduled appointment. Dr. Habashi starts out strong but then her interest fades. Even though insurance pays for the office visit, you end up spending hundreds of dollars for supplements.

I love their beautiful spa and salon (Andelana Spa) on the 2nd floor. Spa services are very reasonable cost . I highly recommend it. Dr. Habashi is a wonderful doctor but my wait time (with a scheduled appt) has always been 1 hr - 90 mins. Not acceptable.

Several years ago, I went to this location for my female examiniations, and although she seemed very good. and I was pleased with the service. I was taken back with her children whom were toddlers at the time running up and down the halls, rather than take them to Daycare, they were in the office......
