Dr. Susann Kircher, MD

Dr. Kircher is an awesome doctor. She is very caring and knowledgeable about special conditions-food and seasonal allergies. She listens intently to your health related problem. Just truly a jewel!

Dr Susann Kircher is a wonderful and caring dr. She will do what every she can to diagnose and treat you for your illness.She treats me as if i was one of her own family.Thank God their are still people who care.

I feel that this dr is knowledgable in many areas but tries to over do it in other areas. I feel as though she over does it with medications. I feel she prescribes and places people on too many medications. Especially children. She over does it with antibiotics. Sometimes placing patients on 28 days or more of antibiotics. Also understanding that she treats asthma she really tries hard at trying to make everyone have asthma. As a good as of a dr she is in her own field she tries to interfere with other areas of medical conditions and will go as far as getting results from other drs and discussing it with patients before the treating dr ever does. Dr. Kircher and her nurses are amazing but sadly the man who works at the front desk was horribly rude and degrading on the phone. Hippa requires by law for my records to be made available to me. I shouldn't have to explain myself or make ancase for why I need them. Also, he kept saying Hippa requires them to charge me for my records. They allow you to charge but DO NOT requireIt. He also said he would charge a preparation fee. Hippa says they van not charge for preparing my records. He was very rude and made an already hard situation worse! Having health issues can be scary and it should be his job to provide the information we need to help us get closer to health. I loved the Dr. But can't go back there. I need to go somewhere that isn't going to act put out when I request a copy of my labs to take with me to another apt.

I CAME TO YOU FOR THE HIVES BUT DIDNOT FEEL GOOD ABOUT THE PILLS YOU GAVE ME, SO I CHANGE DOCTORS IT NOT THAT I IDINOT LIKE YOU I JUST COULDNOT PAY FOR THE PILLS. THE CASE THAT CAMR TO YOU FROM MY LAWYER WAS NOT TO HURT IN KNOW WAY, BUT YOU LOST MY CAASE, SEE I WENT 4 MONTHS WITH HIVES THATT HURT SOBAD, YOU WROTE A NOTE TO ME THAT WOULD NOT SEE ME ANY MORE. THE PROBLEM WAS RECALLES IV PREPS I USE TO CHANGE MY PLUMP I STOOP USING THE BAD ONES AND TRY THE NEW ONES AND MY HIVES WERE GONE IN 48 HOURS BUT YOU DIDNOT SEE ME LONG ENOUGH TO KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO MY CASE, SO YOU STATEMENT YOU PUT IN MY CASE FROM THE LOST MY CASE FOR ME LEAVING ME WITH HUGE DOCTOR BILLS SO WHEN YOU GET A LETTER FROM ANOTHER LAWYER ASK WHAT HAPPEN FIRST, SEE ALOT OF DIABETICS DIED FROM THIS AND 2 YEAR OLD BOY FROM MY DIABETIC DOCTORS OFFICE I WAS IN KNOW WAY WANTED TO HURT YOU JUST TO LET YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPEN AND WHY A LAWYER ASK FOR MY RECORDS I DO WANT MY RECIRD BACK BECAUSE YOU SAID YOU WOULD NOT SEE ME AGAIN SO… THEIR ARE MY BY LAW SO I PICK THEM UP THIS WEEK I JUST WISH YOU NEW MY CASE BEFORE YOU LOST IT FOR ME

Received testing that was a poor result and was billed for it even though a care plan could not be established. Told to come back for more testing but had to pay $265.00 up front for the botched testing before I could be seen again. Will never go back. I should not have had to pay for an incomplete test result when a plan of care could not be formulated from this.

Dr. Kircher is an excellent specialist. She is highly knowledgable of latest treatment options and presents them to patient in clear terms. Huge plus - she listens! She heard what both parent and teenager were telling her and factored into final recommendation. Her staff is professional and caring.

Dr. Kircher spent a lot of time listening to me and my symptoms. She went the extra mile to try to help. Her staff was very friendly and helful in making sure I understood how to use my meds and when. They wrote things out for me and even gave me samples to help the financial burden.
