Dr. Susanna Shermer, MD

When trying to ask questions concerning the Covid vaccine I was interrupted with a stern lecture. I was told there was simply no reason to not get it and when I finally got in 1 question about what the ingredients were & the possibility of having an allergic reaction she said she had no idea what was in it. That right there told me she doesn't care about any concerns the patient may have. Seems as though she just wanted to push the vaccine on everyone. I will NEVER go back to her.

My first visit with Dr Shermer was a great experience. The moment I walked through the doors I was treated professionally and so very nice. Everyone I had contact with front desk, nurse, lab and especially Dr Shermer. I moved backed to Arkansas from Texas and I came back needing to have all my annual things done, I struggled with who could I get to take care of my medical needs so I believe I made the right choice. I remember repeating to the nurse how nice everyone was to me and made me feel more than welcome. You all could definitely set good examples for a lot of offices I’ve been in. Thanks for the caring you’ve shown me... ??

So happy to have found Dr Shermer. She is one of the most caring, compassionate, attentive and thorough physicians I have ever seen. I would recommend her to anyone!

After spending less than 3 minutes with me during my annual check-up (not kidding) and calling me the wrong name, I said everyone has bad days. Let it go. After sending my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, not once, but twice in as many weeks, after reassuring me the second time that it would be corrected, I was frustrated. But it was when I was set up for a sleep study at a hospital that my insurance does not cover... a sleep study that I've been trying to get for a while now... after telling this doctor that I can not see physicians at this location or its affiliates... well, what can I say? I can handle a bad day, but poor service is another story completely. I will not be returning. 3 stars for the staff because C and K are great (would give them 5 stars), but the front desk just does not care.

There was not follow up by provider, although I got my lab results via mail with abnormal labs.

This doctor does not care. She does not have time for her patients nor does she listen before interrupting. Had 3 visits with her before choosing to NEVER see her again. I've had much better care almost everywhere else. Any doctor who doesn't have time for me doesn't deserve any of my time.
