Dr. Sushil Kumar Ojha, MD

Yesterday January 18th, 2023 at 4:05 ish pm at Pih Hospital Dr. Ojha relayed some critical life changing news to my dad . He told him he had stomach cancer, but he showed ZERO COMPASSION. Since the moment he walked in the first sentence out of his mouth was (in an irritated tone) “well I have to go “ . The whole time he was in a hurry to leave, acted like he didn’t want to be there , arrogant , when my sister and I asked questions he huffed and puffed and was showing rudeness just because we were asking questions. He rolled his eyes twice. This is our first time ever hearing about soemthing so critical and we were full of anxiety and this is the type of energy we received from this horrible doctor. I hope no one ever see this doctor or experiences what we did with him. I never have written a review in my life like this. Today I will go to pih hospital and take this further so at least people know what this disgusting doctor did. I’m so sad that my dads memory of getting diagnosed… was in such a negative way. He was so heartless, getting upset just because we were asking more questions. Talked down to me and my dad like who are you for asking questions. Kelsey JOSHI is my name . This is the truth. Upon meeting realized is a very patient and compassionate being. Transmitted info in a clear and relaxed manner. This demeanor is highly appreciated always but in case of an emergency it becomes a PLUS. I expect efficiency and experience in all doctors. I have full awareness they are not trained in any bedside manners since they are there ONLY to perform to the best of their ability the task at hand. Receiving a handshake or a smile from them is unusual. I always cross my fingers and hope I find a doctor who is still of this world not a full robot. This one still has human qualities. He showed respect for my feelings of concern.

I cool this morning to make appoiment and she tolkme she collme bad was 9:30 am now is 15:20 and still wating .

'm only gonna say, that this is the worst place I've been ever to treat my helth. The ladies at the window, they're disrespectful, lazy, and they don't do anything to help you. Specially one called Sandy, a latin girl who were making fun and moving my appointments just because she seems upset about her own life. Awful service, awful that you have to pay for that kind of service. I hope she gets fired. The just charge you $30 for being there once and once and once , and youre health is always the same!

Horrible doctor who is only interested in scheduling colonoscopies and endoscopies without even examining the patient or asking the patient what his/her symptoms are. Clearly, he just schedules these tests to pad his pocket. What this man put me through is absolutely ridiculous. I have severe gastritis and esophageal damage due to bile reflux and he just told me to "go home and not stress" The worst doctor I have ever had in my life.

I have united health care and under Apple care this the only Gi specialist. Overall my experience was terrible, front office staff is not polite, or professional. I waited over a month to see doctor, waited over an hour on the day of my appointment, after that he talked to me for two minutes walked to the wall full of brochure s handed me one, said this is what you have read on it, and see receptionist on your way out!! I was so disappointed I refused to pay copay for a two min consultation which he diagnosed as IBS!! I

the doctor has no bedside manner, on my first visit basically told me that i was lying about what i was doing at home to prevent my symptoms. he gave me a list of things i was already doing the visit was a complete was of time. i felt insulted and talked down to. he was very defensive when questioned about his diagnostic plan. would NOT recommend you go to this office!!!
