All office and staff very friendly and kind. Dr. T seems very thorough. My problem much improved.

Ladies in the office are rude and inconsiderate of patients needs as well as uninformed on particular diseases in the GI tract. I called to make a request for a note I needed for a trip. It didn’t require anything from them other than that I have the disease the Doctor diagnosed me with. They refused. Which would have been fine by itself (received one from my primary no problem), but they continued to tell me that everyone has bowel movements and ranted on and on about whatever it was the lady was intending to rant about. She even told me folks with MS (MS!) out on their pants one leg at a time normally like everyone else. Completely unprofessional medical facility and not worth going to. I wanted to switch GI’s after my first appointment but stayed to give Tibrewala a chance. Not only could I hardly understand him (this is in part my fault) but he never explained the disease to me at all. This left my primary dumbfounded as he then had to go through the disease with… me. Please don’t waste your money here. Go somewhere that will actually help you and give you the services you paid for.

I received no relief from my pain and nothing was resolved. The follow up I had resulted in me waiting hour and half for him to even show up. Absolutely nothing done to help me. All I got was some pills that didn’t work and a bunch of bills I have to fight due to billing errors. What a headache

Has always given me an accurate diagnosis and treatment. Dr. T answers any questions I may have and and is always very professional. He has kept my gastro system working well. Highly recommended.

I waited an hour to see him, then when I got into the office he didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. He told me my condition was because of my other medications for a different health problem I have and that is not true. One because the medication I take I went off of for several months and had not effect in helping my situation. Also my mother in law went to him and she wouldn't give him 1 start if she could. He was very impersonal and told her the pain she was having was totally different to anything else than other doctors and he said if pain meds couldn't take the pain away to try Tylenol...REALLY if narcotics can NOT take the pain away what the heck is Tylenol going to do?? I personally wouldn't take my cat to him. I will not go back to any follow up appointment and neither with my mother in law.

I had no problem getting in and getting scheduled for my test . The staff was friendly and made my visit nice...

Had an encounter with the office staff. They were extremely rude. For the second year in a row they lost my appointment. I fell thru the cracks according to them. Started yelling at me over the phone. I wanted to talk to the Doctor. They told me he would not believe anything I told him only believe them. After 25 years I will be looking for another Doctor.
